1) Congress registration provides access to all paper sessions and keynote lectures.

2) An initial paper submission fee of 2,000,000 Rials is required at the time of the paper submission. This payment is deducted from the final registration fee if the paper is accepted; otherwise, the payment amount is forfeited. Please note that the initial paper submission fee is waived for international authors.

3) If a paper is accepted as a poster, the conference will handle the poster printing to facilitate installation and ensure poster uniformity. In addition to the conference participation fee, a sum of 20 Euros must be paid for poster printing.

4) One registration is required for each accepted paper.

5) Affiliated scientific societies are the Iranian Fuzzy Systems Society (IFSS), the Intelligent Systems Scientific Society of Iran (ISSSI), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA).

6) The page limit for a full-length paper is 6 pages. Additional pages will incur overlength charges at €10 (1,000,000 Rials)/page. This additional fee, along with the registration fee, must be paid when the paper is accepted.

7) The following discounts apply to student registration without a paper: Shahid Beheshti University students receive an 80% discount in the Regular Registration, students from other universities receive a 70% discount, and members of the Scientific Associations of Fuzzy Systems and Intelligent Systems receive a 60% discount.
If the above person is the author or one of the authors of accepted conference papers, this discount will not apply to the paper registration fee.

8) Group registrations of 10 or more people are eligible for a discount of up to 20%.

9) Fees are non-refundable.

Instructions:

First, in the "My Profile" section, select your group from the options: "Independent," "Student," "Shahid Beheshti University Student," or "Member of Scientific Associations," and submit the required documents.

After confirmation by the site administrator, purchase a ticket in the "Services" section and pay the fee via the following link. Please note that "Independent" groups do not require confirmation from the site administrator for payment.

Then, in the "Invoice and Payment" section, upload a picture of the payment receipt.

When making the payment, select "Faculty of Mathematical Sciences" as the "Recipient Unit" and specify "Registration for the 10th International Conference on Fuzzy and Intelligent Systems of Iran" as the "Subject of Payment."
