On the website's homepage at cfis2025.sbu.ac.ir, in the right-hand panel labeled "Login," click on the "Register" option.

Enter your information in the panel that opens.

Explanation of registration groups:

• Independent: Individuals participating in the conference independently.
• Student: Students from universities across the country who must upload a valid student ID to the site after registering.
• Shahid Beheshti University Student: All Shahid Beheshti University students who must upload their student card to the site after registering.
• Association Members: All of the above who must upload a valid (verifiable) membership certificate to the site after registering.

After registering, you will be able to log in to the site using your registration information.

After logging in, you will see a panel as shown in the figure.

Please note that if you have selected one of the two groups "Student," "Shahid Beheshti University Student," or "Association Members," you must upload the relevant document from the "Upload Document" section on the right-hand menu. After confirmation by the site administrators, your registration group will be changed to the group selected during registration.

After registering on the site, you can select the services you need (conference participation or workshop participation). If you need guidance, please refer to the "Service Registration Guide (Participation in the Conference or Side Workshops)" page.
